Did you publish “release notes”, “change log” or “whats new” to highlight the improvements and changes in release 3.0 (compared to 2.5.x)?

Whenever we do a stable release we also create a changelog, see here for example. Until the 3.0 release is done you can check the commits or closed PRs for a rough overview.
Anything important for a migration from 2.5.2 to 3.0 is maintained in the migration guide and is already up to date.
