Hi team

I am new to your site and new to JSON so please be gentle.
I am utilising Power Automate to look at categories assigned to my emails and then push some data back to an SQL database.

I used graph explorer to help me get the right API message and have added a JSON parse into my workflow.

With that context out of the way - one of the fields from the email is Subject which caontains a refernce number. My question is - how do I extract the reference number as a seperate value from the subject in order to use that as a coilumn to push to SQL. Essentially how do I use mid and string type syntax in JSON. I hope this resembles some sense and appricaite any feedback. Happy to upload somethign if needed.

I think you have confused what this forum is about. It is not about the general usage of JSON but using the Javascript/Typescript framework JSON Forms to render forms based on a JSON schema.
