In version 3.4.0 it is indicated that it is possible to enable or disable the add and delete buttons. But how to do it?

I have looked in the documentation but I can’t find how to configure the button display in any way. I have also checked the commit but I can’t understand where or how it should be indicated.

The add and delete buttons are disabled when the control, or the whole form, is read only. See here for the docs.
