Hi my requirement is I need link in the JSON forms i.e anchor tag in JSON forms Uischema.I tried ui:help tag in ui schema but it did not work for me.

You’ll have to implement a custom renderer which can output arbitrary HTML. See also Static text in json forms and How to add an anchor.
